MEET THE TEAM

We are Steve and James, both from very different professional backgrounds, but who have combined our differing skill sets and founded LIME. Steve has spent his whole adult life in Financial Services, including underwriting insurance and advising on Mortgages, Pensions, and Investments for several high street Banks, as well as founding and managing a multi-award-winning Independent Financial Advice practice that continues to thrive today. He has been fortunate to work with some incredibly skilled and successful individuals over the years and has now decided to focus his attention more specifically on Mortgage and Insurance advice, so he has teamed up with James.

James previously worked in banking and compliance, although he then went on to work in the high-end bike industry. He has built and run several highly successful global businesses and brands which are still highly regarded in the sporting world. He has utilised his exacting attention to detail and unrivalled customer service skills to transfer into the finance industry. More recently, as a practicing Mortgage Adviser, he has achieved huge success with his customers, as well as building trusted relationships with lenders, insurers, and third-party professionals. He is truly passionate about the way he treats his clients and goes the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service, which is clearly evidenced by our client testimonials.

The future for LIME is already looking very positive, and we are eager to expand the business. We are in the process of recruiting additional Mortgage Advisers as well as a new Financial Administration Apprentice who will be invaluable in assisting this growing business. We are also very pleased to have the backing and support of one of the biggest trusted names in the Financial advice sector, the Sesame Bankhall Group. Sesame provides us with highly advanced back office IT systems that enable us to provide compliant, trusted advice to our customers.
